Road Network

Adopting a chessboard-like road network, all the trunk roads in the Development Zone connect with expressways like S30、S2 and B2. The total length of roads in the Zone exceeds 50Km.    

Power Supply

Supported by East China Power Network, the Development Zone enjoys reliable power supply of 10KV, 35Kv and 110KV with a total capacity of 200,000KVA. 

Communication

With a telecommunication station available in the Zone, the Development Zone enjoys an installed gross capacity of 40,000 programmed control telephone lines and provides various communication services with national and international direct dialing. Enterprises settled in the Zone may apply for communication services such as ISDN,IPTV and FTTP.

Water Supply

Tap water within the Development Zone is supplied directed by the Water Supply Company, which has a daily supply capacity of 100,000 tons, and the water pressure id kept at 1.6kg or even higher.

Water Drainage

Rainwater drainage pipelines are installed along both sides of roads in the Development Zone to directly drain rainwater via the river courses into Hangzhou Bay so as to prevent water accumulation in the plant areas of the enterprises.

Sewage Treatment

Sewage inside Development Zone is discharged into “Wusi” Sewage Treatment Plant in the Zone, with a total daily treatment capacity of 100,000 tons.

Natural Gas

The natural gas pipeline of the West-East Gas Pipeline Project runs through the Development Zone and gas supply of which the calorific value reaches 30,000 kcal per standard cubic meter and the daily supply capacity reaches 100,000m3. The outlet pressure is 1kg/cm3.

Environmental Sanitation Facilities

With environmental sanitation vehicles, equipments and operators.  Domestic garbage is collected in bags, industrial garbage must be processed through harmless process daily.

Flood Control

The flood control planning is made following the standard of both once in hundred-year flood and regional flood control planning.
