Shanghai Seaport Comprehensive Economic Development Zone, located on the southeast outskirts of Shanghai, adjoining Shanghai Lingang New City in the east, Fengcheng Center Town in the west and borders the Wusi Farm to the south and G1501（A30）Expressway, a suburb ring road of Shanghai, to the north.With a total planned area of 15 km2, the Development Zone enjoys full and complete water and power supply and communication infrastructures as a part of the seven infrastructures available with ground leveld policy.
